Services
Graphics design services includes all the branding materials design such as logo, business card, brochure, flyer, packaging design, poster design, t-shirt design, graphic patterns, book covers, album art, social media graphics and other visual branding assets.
No physical product will be shipped. You will receive a PDF file with a link that will take you to your file via the email address provided.
For Instant download items, we do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations. Purchases made are considered final.
If client terminates the project prior to its completion, the payment will not be refunded.
If the client is not happy with the final artwork, and has exhausted all revisions, the payment will not be refunded.
No refunds or credits will be issued once the brainstorming process has already started or once the consultation has been booked. All sales are final.
Project Abandonment
All orders not fully completed, redeemed or approved fourteen (14) days after the original order date are not eligible for refunds or store credits. If you fail to respond to us for a period of fourteen (14) days or more (unless otherwise agreed upon in writing), any project or service is considered abandoned and is closed. If that happens, we reserve the right to keep all payments made and bill you for all extra work completed up until that point. If you wish to re-open an abandoned project, a new agreement and/or order will be required and will be subject to current pricing at that time. We do not archive abandoned/closed project files.
